MY STORY
My name is Mark Westbrook, and my roots run deep in the Four Corners.
When I was young, my mother moved our family to Las Cruces, New Mexico so she could pursue her college degree. I grew up there and attended school in Las Cruces through middle school.
During the summer months, however, I returned to Shiprock, New Mexico, where my family farm is located. That’s where many people in the area know the Westbrook name. Those summers were spent working on the farm, helping wherever I was needed, and learning the value of hard work and responsibility at a young age.
When I began high school, my mother decided it was best for our family to move back home full-time. We returned to the Four Corners, and I graduated from Farmington High School in 2005.
Shortly after graduating, I began working as a 911 dispatcher, serving the community here in the Four Corners. Over the years I worked my way up through the department, eventually becoming a trainer and later serving as a supervisor. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and help people through stressful situations.
In 2013, I decided it was time for a new chapter.
Not long after, I entered the automotive industry, where I quickly discovered that helping people make important decisions was something I truly enjoyed.
Over the years in the car business, I’ve worked in nearly every part of a dealership. I started in sales, helped train team members, worked in the finance department, and later moved into management roles overseeing showroom operations.

That experience allowed me to work alongside every department in a dealership and gain a deep understanding of how the entire car-buying process works from start to finish.
Today, I bring that experience to the people I work with.
My goal is simple: to make the car buying experience clear, honest, and pressure-free so people can make confident decisions about the vehicle they choose.
